Just days before we left, one of our cats developed a problem with her eye, for which the vet recommended a course of medications, which needed to be administered orally and in one ear. Marianne took on this last-minute requirement professionally and with great care, meeting with us before we left to make sure she and our cat were comfortable with administering the medications. More generally, Marianne did a great job of keeping us up to date around how our cats were doing while we were away, asking questions when necessary, but mostly giving us the peace of mind to enjoy our holiday knowing our cats were well cared for.
